Act as the commercial owner for the assigned portfolio, managing, tracking, and supporting delivery of annual revenue targets exceeding €1.5bn.Provide regular, high-quality commercial analysis and insight to senior leaders, including Directors, the Senior Leadership Team, and executive stakeholders.Monitor, forecast, and analyse portfolio KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, root causes, and corrective or acceleration actions.Drive and influence business decisions using proven data insights, metrics, and scenario-based analysis.Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and impactful narratives tailored for C-level executive audiences to support strategic decision-making.Lead and coordinate cross-functional recovery and acceleration initiatives to ensure delivery of business cases and removal of revenue or cash blockers.Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to deliver revenue and margin initiatives.Champion digital adoption, simplification, and automation across reporting and commercial processes, improving efficiency and insight quality. An experienced commercial or portfolio management professional with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.Advanced skills in data analytics, including data manipulation, trend analysis, and insight generation using tools such as Excel and Power BI.Demonstrated ability to drive and influence business decisions through robust data insights and performance metrics.Confident in translating complex data into executive-level views, enabling clear, evidence-based decision-making at C-suite level.Comfortable operating in a matrix organisation, with proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.A clear communicator with high fluency in English and the ability to present insights with impact and clarity.Holds a university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
