Structuring and negotiating complex E&P commercial agreementsRepresenting MOL E&P’s commercial position in JV bodies and partner forumsSupporting management decisions through clear, commercially robust analyses and proposalsIdentifying opportunities to improve value realization across assets, contracts and partnershipsWorking closely with partners, authorities and internal stakeholders on commercially sensitive topicsThe role requires close cooperation with the Group E&P Commercial team, while maintaining strong ownership of local priorities. You are an experienced professional with strong commercial judgment and the confidence to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. We expectAt least 5-8 years of experience in the E&P or energy sectorSolid understanding of E&P commercial agreements and contractual frameworksStrong financial,  commercial acumen and mindset, with the ability to connect business value drivers to contract structuresAbility of end-to-end process managementExperience working in international or partner‑based settingsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluency in English A law degree is an advantage, but professionals with economics, engineering or geology backgrounds and demonstrated commercial expertise are equally welcome.
