Drive and continuously improve the HDMA program governance framework in collaboration with the Strategic Program LeadOwn and manage the integrated program delivery plan, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved across all locationsMonitor program financials, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and proactive cost optimization opportunitiesEnsure alignment and dependency management between the central HDMA program and Business Area implementation initiativesPlan and manage resource requirements across internal teams and external partners to support successful deliveryCoordinate vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery within scope and timelinesDefine project scope, objectives, and delivery expectations together with senior business and IT stakeholdersSupport effective stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple countries and functionsEnsure all program activities comply with Hydro’s quality standards, HSE requirements, policies, and processes Experience connecting Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) solutionsUnderstanding of shop floor-related digital transformation initiativesExperience delivering IT/Digital solutions in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry environmentsUniversity or college degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Fluency in English, both written and spoken10+ years of experience in IT/Digital project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiativesStrong experience with Agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivering in agile or hybrid environmentsSolid understanding of IT service delivery models in multinational organizations, enterprise environments, or shared service centersExperience managing global programs with stakeholders across countries and culturesStrong knowledge of digital program management, governance models, resource planning, and budget managementProven ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT leadersExperience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional delivery teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environmentKnowledge of Maintenance, Reliability, or Asset Management processes is a plusAs a person, you areStrongly result-oriented with the ability to drive delivery in a complex environment Structured and analytical, with a proactive approach to solving challenges Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at different levels Able to work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions A strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home office (hybrid)We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the companyAttractive benefit package
