We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join our dynamically growing team, who is eager to take on a technical coordination role in an international environment. This job is ideal for candidates with at least a few years of experience in a similar position, however we also encourage applications from highly motivated recent graduates. Candidates must be open for international travel and aspire to grow into a leadership role.Responsibilities: Support the daily operation of IT systems, acting as the IT point for contact for internal and customer requestsManage business outage, contribute to root cause analysis recovery plan and related communicationsParticipating in IT projects and documentationSchedule and deploy Information systems components, plan changes and ensure successful implementationManaging IT budget, forecast, and enforcing cost-effectivenessCollaborating closely with foreign colleaguesInternational business travel (system deployments, technical support) Degree in IT or engineering (or ongoing studies in these fields)IT knowledge (networks, hardware, software) in the following areas : Operating system Windows and Linux Infrastructure services MonitoringVirtualization: Servers (Vmware), Security and network infrastructures (switching, Firewall)Storage: Backup, SAN, NAS, Archive, DatabasesActive directoryA knowledge in Cloud solutions (Openstack, GCP) and development tools (Ansible, Gitlab, Artifatory) is appreciated Knowledge of ITIL frameworkConfident English language skills, both written and spokenStrong communication and teamwork skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learnFlexibility and willingness to travel Mentorship and professional development opportunitiesYoung, supportive teamModern technological environmentOpportunities to gain international experienceCompetitive compensation package
