Lead and oversee the cluster IT/BPO project and IRR portfolio, ensuring prioritization, value realization, and strategic alignment.Manage budgets, business cases, investment requests, and cost-control activities with a strong focus on governance and financial transparency.Coordinate and monitor project delivery, ensuring milestones, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are achieved.Identify and drive process improvement, standardization, and harmonization initiatives across the EEU cluster.Support and connect EEU countries through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice exchange.Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact and operational excellence.Build strong partnerships with country, cluster, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and execution. University degree (Master’s degree preferred).Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Proven experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, IT, BPO, or a related field.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and countries.Solid analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities.Experience in portfolio management, process improvement, risk management, and change management.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity in an international environment.
