We are looking for a leader who enjoys being present in the operation. Around 90% of this role is spent on the floor, working alongside the team, coaching colleagues, and ensuring smooth daily operations, with limited office-based administrative duties.Supervising the daily operations of the breakfast restaurantCoordinating, supporting, and motivating the breakfast service teamEnsuring the smooth and efficient operation of breakfast serviceManaging orders and preparing staff schedulesProviding regular reports to managementMaintaining guest relations, handling feedback, and resolving complaints professionallyEnsuring a high level of guest satisfactionMonitoring the breakfast buffet to maintain quality, cleanliness, and proper replenishment at all timesTraining and onboarding new team members while supporting their professional developmentOverseeing opening and closing proceduresActively participating in stocktaking and inventory control A Breakfast Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
