Our partner is a major Chinese automotive group, currently expanding its presence through regional import partners. To provide technical expertise for their operations in Hungary, they are looking for a Service Engineer in Budapest. 

Elvárások / Requirements

University degree in engineering. 

Experience in automotive servicing.

5+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in CEE.

Have knowledge of CEE regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.

Fluency in English and Hungarian.  

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and travel when needed (1-2x/week) 

Amit kínálunk / Offer

Your tasks will be:

Providing 2nd-level technical support across the CEE distributors via phone, email and onsite visits when neccessary. 

Perform onsite troubleshooting. 

Create and localize repair guides. 

Communicating effectively with service technicians, customers and representatives of the dealer network and distributors.

Hold regular technical meetings with distributors to review issues, updates. 

Deliver presentations do dealers and distributors on technical topics.
