Feladatok

Order management for small accounts

Return processing in SAP

Price adjustments in orders

Stock availability check to inform dealers

General inquiries from clients

Following up and resolving delivery-related incidents

Report creation requested on demand by line manager

Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed

Elvárások

Active or passive student status with at least one completed academic year

Advanced level of English and German language knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail with a precise and structured approach to tasks

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Involvement in extracurricular activities

Munkaidő:

Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 09: 00 - 17: 00)

Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
