A French-speaking Buyer role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.

Main Responsibilities

Overseeing purchase orders from initial request through final fulfillment

Verifying submitted requisitions to ensure completeness and data accuracy

Handling purchase order discrepancies, corrections, and clarification requests

Coordinating the release of purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner

Following up on orders to maintain delivery timelines and identifying suitable substitute products when needed

Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing operational issues, and escalating complex cases to the Purchasing Manager

Requirements

0.5-3 years of experience in a customer focused environment position

Fluency in English and French

MS office skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
