The CloudOps Engineer is responsible for availability for cloud platformsRespond, troubleshoot and resolve production alarmsCommunicate and troubleshoot operational issues supporting a complex environmentRespond to cloud service outages and manage incident ticketsParticipate in Cloud Updates and MaintenanceAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequent incident response and changing priorities.
