With a strong legacy of innovation and a significant global footprint, they are at the forefront of digitalisation and AI-driven transformation within the energy sector.They are now looking for a Lead Project Manager – AI Transformation to drive high-impact AI initiatives across their Grid Technologies domain.What you’ll doAs a Lead PM, you’ll turn AI ambitions into real business outcomes: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives—from idea to scalable, production-ready solutionsTranslate AI strategy into clear roadmaps, defining scope, data needs, and implementation plansIdentify and shape high-value AI use cases based on feasibility and ROIAlign business, IT, and data teams to ensure smooth executionDrive adoption and measurable business impact of AI solutionsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove delivery roadblocksEnsure proper governance, risk management, and responsible AI practicesSupport prioritisation across the AI portfolioWhat they’re looking for5–8 years experience in digital / data / AI transformation rolesSoftware Development backgroundProven track record delivering AI or advanced analytics use cases into productionStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data workflowsExperience working closely with data scientists, engineers, and IT teamsSolid project/program management in complex environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsKnowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AIExperience scaling solutions (beyond PoC / pilot stage)Exposure to industrial/engineering environments is a plus.Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, or system integrationStrong English knowledge
